Distracted Driving/Texting While Driving Information

Completing the course will remove the fine and and 2 points in the state of Ohio.  Drivers remain responsible to pay court costs.  If drivers are not licensed in the state of Ohio, drivers will need to check with the state that they are licensed through to see if the state will place points on the driver's license.

Proof of completion must be provided to the appropriate Court.
