For the convenience of all Belmont County, Ohio residents, the Belmont County Court System is separated into three divisions– Northern, Eastern and Western. The Northern and Eastern Division Courts are co-located at the Imperial Plaza in Bellaire, Ohio. The Western Division Court is located along Route 40 (Main Street) in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
